The Calf of Man is a beautiful 2.5 kilometre square island situated off the south-west coast of the Isle of Man. A breathtaking boat ride along the coast to the Calf gave the students the opportunity to admire the landscape and scenery, and to gain some knowledge on the birdlife and the skills and routines of the wardens who live on the Calf during the summer season to ensure all the species are kept safe and protected.
